These Terms and Conditions aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and users in connection with the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by Motioncare Pilates (hereinafter referred to as the “Mall”), operated by Motioncare Company, an electronic commerce business operator.
1. The term “Mall” refers to a virtual business site established by Motioncare Company using information and communications equipment such as computers in order to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “Goods, etc.”) to users and to facilitate transactions of such Goods, etc. The term also refers to the business operator operating the cyber mall.
2. The term “User” refers to any person who accesses the Mall and receives the Services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms, including members and non-members.
3. The term “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and is entitled to continuously use the Services provided by the Mall.
4. The term “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the Services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.

The Mall shall post these Terms, its business name, the name of its representative, the address of its business office (including an address for handling consumer complaints), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, and personal information manager in a manner easily accessible to users on the initial screen of the Mall. However, the contents of these Terms may be made available through a linked screen.
2. Prior to obtaining a user’s consent to these Terms, the Mall shall provide a separate linked screen or pop-up window to allow the user to easily understand and confirm important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
3. The Mall may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, including but not limited to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Framework Act on Consumers.
4. In the event that the Mall amends these Terms, the Mall shall specify the effective date and the reason for amendment and post the amended Terms along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Mall from at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date. If the amendment is unfavorable to users, the Mall shall provide a minimum notice period of thirty (30) days. In such cases, the Mall shall clearly compare the pre-amendment and post-amendment contents so that users may easily understand the changes.
5. The amended Terms shall apply only to contracts entered into after the effective date of the amendment, and contracts already concluded prior to such date shall remain governed by the previous Terms. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract expresses his or her intention to be subject to the amended Terms during the notice period and obtains the consent of the Mall, the amended Terms shall apply.
6. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act, the Consumer Protection Guidelines for Electronic Commerce prescribed by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, and other relevant laws or customary practices.

In cases such as the out-of-stock status of Goods or Services or changes in technical specifications, the Mall may modify the contents of Goods or Services to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future. In such cases, the Mall shall immediately notify users by posting the modified contents and the date of provision at the place where the current Goods or Services are posted.
3. If the Mall changes the contents of the Services agreed upon with a user due to reasons such as the out-of-stock status of Goods or Services or changes in technical specifications, the Mall shall immediately notify the user via an address through which the user can be contacted.
4. In the event described in the preceding paragraph, the Mall shall compensate the user for any damages incurred thereby, unless the Mall proves that such damages were not caused by its intent or negligence.
1. The Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of Services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communications equipment such as computers, or interruption of communications.
2. If the provision of Services is temporarily suspended due to the reasons stated in Paragraph 1,
3. the Mall shall compensate users or third parties for damages incurred as a result of the temporary suspension of Services, unless the Mall proves that such damages were not caused by its intent or negligence.
4. If the Mall is unable to provide Services due to reasons such as a change in business type, discontinuation of business, or integration between companies, the Mall shall notify users in accordance with the method stipulated in Article 8 and compensate consumers in accordance with the conditions previously presented by the Mall. If the Mall has not announced compensation standards, users’ mileage points or reward points shall be paid in kind or in cash equivalent to their monetary value as recognized by the Mall.
1. Users may apply for membership by filling out the membership registration form prescribed by the Mall and indicating their consent to these Terms.
2. The Mall shall register users who apply for membership pursuant to Paragraph 1 as members unless they fall under any of the following subparagraphs:
3. If false information was provided at the time of membership registration;
4. If the same act is repeated two (2) or more times after the Mall has restricted or suspended the Member’s qualification, or if the cause is not remedied within thirty (30) days, the Mall may terminate the Member’s qualification.
5. In the event that the Mall terminates a Member’s qualification, the Mall shall cancel the membership registration. In such cases, the Mall shall notify the Member thereof and grant the Member a minimum period of thirty (30) days to submit an explanation prior to the cancellation of membership registration.
1. If the Mall provides notice to a Member, such notice may be given via the email address designated in advance by the Member in agreement with the Mall.
2. In the case of notice to an unspecified number of Members, the Mall may substitute individual notice by posting the notice on the Mall’s bulletin board for at least one (1) week. However, matters that have a significant impact on a Member’s transaction shall be notified individually.
1. Users of the Mall shall apply for the purchase of Goods, etc. through the Mall by any of the following or similar methods, and the Mall shall provide the following information in an easily understandable manner when the User submits a purchase application:
2. If the Mall needs to provide the purchaser’s personal information to a third party, the Mall shall inform the purchaser of and obtain consent for the following:
(1) the recipient of the personal information;
(2) the purpose of use of the personal information by the recipient;
(3) the items of personal information provided; and
(4) the period during which the recipient retains and uses the personal information.
The same shall apply if any of the consented matters are changed.
3. If the Mall entrusts the handling of a purchaser’s personal information to a third party, the Mall shall inform the purchaser of and obtain consent for:
(1) the entrusted party; and
(2) the details of the entrusted tasks involving the handling of personal information.
The same shall apply if any of the consented matters are changed.
However, if such entrustment is necessary for the performance of a contract related to service provision and is for the convenience of the purchaser, the Mall may provide notice through its Privacy Policy in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, without separately undergoing the notice and consent procedures.
Payment for Goods or Services purchased through the Mall may be made using any of the following available methods. However, the Mall shall not collect any additional fees from users for the use of any payment method.
1. Account transfers, including phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking;
2. Payment by various cards, including prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards;
3. Online bank transfers without a passbook;
4. Payment by electronic currency;
5. Payment upon receipt;
6. Payment using mileage points or reward points issued by the Mall;
7. Payment using gift certificates contracted with or recognized by the Mall;
8. Other electronic payment methods.
1. Upon receiving a purchase application from a user, the Mall shall send a confirmation notice to the user.
2. If a user who has received the confirmation notice finds any discrepancy in the expression of intent, the user may request modification or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the confirmation notice. If such a request is made prior to delivery, the Mall shall process the request without delay. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions of Article 15 regarding withdrawal of subscription shall apply.
1. The Mall shall establish and operate a damage compensation handling body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages incurred.
2. The Mall shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. If prompt handling is difficult, the Mall shall immediately notify the user of the reason and the expected processing schedule.
3. If a user files an application for damage relief in connection with an electronic commerce dispute between the Mall and the user, the dispute may be resolved through mediation by a dispute resolution body commissioned by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or a mayor/governor.
1. Any lawsuit concerning an electronic commerce dispute between the Mall and a user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user’s address at the time of filing. If the user has no address, the court having jurisdiction over the user’s residence shall apply. If the address or residence is unclear at the time of filing or if the user resides overseas, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Korean law shall govern any electronic commerce lawsuit filed between the Mall and a user.
These Terms and Conditions shall be effect as of January 28, 2026.
