If the Mall is unable to deliver or provide the Goods, etc. purchased by a user due to reasons such as out-of-stock status, the Mall shall notify the user of such reasons without delay. If payment has already been received, the Mall shall refund the payment within three (3) business days from the date of receipt or take necessary measures for the refund.

A user who has entered into a contract with the Mall for the purchase of Goods, etc. may withdraw the subscription within seven (7) days from the date on which the user received a written document of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, or, if the supply of Goods, etc. is made later than the receipt of such document, from the date on which the Goods, etc. are supplied or the supply begins. However, if otherwise provided by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the provisions of the Act shall prevail.
2. If a user has received Goods, etc., returns or exchanges shall not be permitted in any of the following cases:
3. In cases falling under Paragraph 2, Items 2 through 4, if the Mall has not clearly indicated in advance that withdrawal of subscription is restricted or has not taken
measures such as providing trial products, the user’s right to withdraw the subscription shall not be restricted.
4. Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the Goods, etc. differ from the displayed or advertised contents or are performed differently from the contract, the user may withdraw the subscription within three (3) months from the date the Goods, etc. were supplied, or within thirty (30) days from the date the user became aware of or could have become aware of such fact.
1. If the Mall receives returned Goods, etc. from a user, the Mall shall refund the payment already received within three (3) business days. If the Mall delays the refund, the Mall shall pay delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed period by the interest rate prescribed in Article 21-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
2. If the user paid for the Goods, etc. using a credit card or electronic currency, the Mall shall promptly request the business operator providing such payment method to suspend or cancel the billing of the payment amount.
3. In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the cost required to return the supplied Goods, etc. shall be borne by the user. The Mall shall not claim penalties or damages from the user for withdrawal of subscription. However, if the withdrawal is due to the Goods, etc. being different from the displayed or advertised contents or being performed differently from the contract, the cost required to return the Goods, etc. shall be borne by the Mall.
4. If the user paid delivery fees at the time of receiving the Goods, etc., the Mall shall clearly indicate who bears such costs in the event of withdrawal of subscription so that the user can easily understand
This Refund Policy shall be effect as of January 28, 2026.
