This remarkable festival, which brought together yoga enthusiasts from around the globe, took place at Seoul Olympic Park on June 17. The UN Korea Organizing Committee for Events announced: “This year marks the ninth anniversary of this globally recognized event, and it will be commemorated with a series of festivals throughout the nation. Festivities will kick off with the Yoga Grand Festival held at Hwaeomsa Temple in Gurye, Jeollanam-do, setting the stage for a truly remarkable celebration of yoga and its profound benefits.”

Attendees were treated to a showcase of yoga movements, accompanied by meditation and Pilates exercises. These demonstrations were seamlessly integrated with Motioncare Pilates’ Ladder Barrel series showing the ever-growing crossover between the two disciplines.
