Our Compact Reformer is a condensed, fully-functional reformer that provides

a complete, full-body workout to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

It comes with a 3-position carriage stopper, an 8-wheel whisper-carriage with

dual easy-lock rope system, a 4 multi-tension carriage spring, an adjustable headrest,and a padded, firm-lock foot-bar. The super grip foot-plate allows for standing or split exercises and can be removed for use with the Jumping Board accessory (sold separately).

With its small footprint, you can perform all the same exercises as on 

our full advanced or professional models right in the comfort of your own home.
