Motioncare Company Limited Warranty

Motioncare Company is committed to providing reliable, high-quality products. Please review this Limited Warranty carefully and contact your local authorized Distributor (or Motioncare Company in the case of direct purchases) if you have any questions.

1. Warranty Coverage

Motioncare Company warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use for the warranty periods specified below.

This Limited Warranty:

• Is effective from the original invoice date;
• Applies only to the original purchaser named on the invoice;
• Is non-transferable.

At its sole discretion, Motioncare Company may:

• Repair the defective component;
• Replace it with an equivalent or comparable component; or
• Provide a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty period.

The remedies provided in this warranty are the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies.

2. Warranty Claim Eligibility

To qualify for a warranty claim, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

2.1 Covered Defects

The defect must result directly from materials and/or manufacturing.

2.2 Proper Use and Environment

The product must:

• Be used and stored indoors only;
• Be used solely for its intended purpose;
• Be operated in accordance with all safety, usage, care, and maintenance guidelines.

2.3 Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper use or misuse;
• Wearing inappropriate clothing or accessories (including belts, buckles, studs, jewellery, or shoes);
• Improper storage, handling, installation, or maintenance;
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, tears, cuts, burns, stains, or indentations;
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture;
• Exposure to chemicals, abrasives, alcohol, industrial soaps, lotions, sand, dirt, mud, or salt;
• Negligence, accidents, abuse, or improper operation;
• Natural disasters or external environmental factors.

2.4 Commercial Use Limitation

Home Series equipment is NOT covered under this warranty if used for any commercial purpose.

“Commercial use” includes, but is not limited to:

• Use in studios, gyms, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, or rental environments;
• Use by multiple users not part of a private household;
• Any income-generating or business activity.

2.5 Ex-Display Equipment

Equipment sold as ex-display, showroom models, or discounted display units is sold “as-is”, with no warranty, express or implied.

3. Warranty Periods

Warranty coverage periods are as follows:

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact the original place of purchase by email.
2. Provide:
   • Copy of original invoice;
   • Clear photos and/or videos showing:
     • The defective component(s);
     • A full view of the equipment.

This documentation is required for proper investigation and determination of repair or replacement eligibility.

The purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning defective components unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motioncare Company shall NOT be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• Personal injury;
• Property damage;
• Loss of profits or business interruption;
• Any losses arising from use, inability to use, or misuse of the product.

6. Safety Acknowledgement

The purchaser acknowledges that:

• Proper instruction and supervision are required for safe use;
• Motioncare Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper training, unsafe operation, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Legal Disclaimer

Nothing in this warranty shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Use of the product constitutes acceptance of this Limited Warranty.

8. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
